Steve Peabody, the Jonesport Lobster Co-op Manager, shares the changes he has seen in the industry from fisheries shifts to bait changes and what it is like to be a manager. He explains the idea of a fisheries co-op and how it affects other parts of the industry. He talks about the patterns of the days, independence and loyalty of fishermen, seasons, sea level change, and some personal ghost stories.
